start to design your recall project and get you setup in our system.
Go to our download page and print
out our Business Associates Agreement and sign it. Also sign a blank
piece of white paper, so we can scan your signature and insert it
into your letter. Mail both of these to us at:

Export
your recalls that you would like for us to print and mail.
Email them to us at doug@informationetc.com
or use our upload page to send them.

page.
When we have your recall project designed we will email a proof
for your approval. Once your project is approved and we have your
database will we then invoice, print and mail your project.
If our samples are not to your liking, we can design a custom recall
project from scratch for a $25.00 fee.
